These migrations have been completed.
At this stage, SYD-EMAIL-1's data has not been migrated to SYD-CP6 and SYD-CP7, however all data has been moved across from SYD-CPANEL-3 and SYD-CPANEL-4 as planned. We will individually contact customers situated on SYD-EMAIL-1 shortly to discuss the upcoming migration.
Please get in touch with us if you experience issues with your service.
We appreciate your patience as we carried out these works.

This weekend, we will be carrying out shared server migrations in Sydney. This will see a move to improved platforms operating atop RAID10 SSD-backed Dell servers.
Currently, SYD-EMAIL-1 provides cPanel-based email-only hosting for customers with an active web hosting service on a separate server. This migration will see those separate email hosting accounts and web hosting accounts come together on new high-performance servers.
In an effort to avoid the sudden requirement for email client reconfiguration, the new servers will have multi-SAN SSL certificates installed matching the old and new server hostnames. The old server hostnames will point to the new server IP addresses for a period of time following the migration.
Servers affected: SYD-CPANEL-3, SYD-CPANEL-4, SYD-EMAIL-1
New servers: SYD-CP6.hostingservices.net.au, SYD-CP7.hostingservices.net.au
Migration path: Accounts on SYD-CPANEL-3 will be migrated to SYD-CP6; accounts on SYD-CPANEL-4 will be migrated to SYD-CP7. Email services on SYD-EMAIL-1 will be merged with web hosting accounts on SYD-CP6 and SYD-CP7.
IPv4 address changes: This migration will see new IPv4 addresses come online. SYD-CP6 will have IPv4 address 188.8.131.52 and SYD-CP7 will have IPv4 address 184.108.40.206. IPv6 is available for hosting accounts on request.
We will have an assigned technician monitoring all services throughout this migration. Should you have any questions or queries, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
